No. Export any Coursebox course as SCORM and run it inside Moodle today, with nothing to migrate. When you are ready to move to the Coursebox LMS you can, and your courses come with you. You are never forced off Moodle to use Coursebox.
Yes. Coursebox connects with the main RTO systems including Wisenet, aXcelerate, JobReady and VETtrak so enrolments and outcomes can flow between them. Some connections are standard and some are bespoke builds for your setup, so tell us your stack and we will confirm what is involved.
