Coursebox offers a range of pricing plans including a free tier for creating 3 courses and paid plans for creators, white label LMS deployments, businesses and enterprise teams to access more advanced features and more AI credits.
Coursebox includes a free plan that allows users to start building courses and exploring the core AI features at no cost, with unlimited learners and no credit card required to begin.
Paid plans are not required to create courses, but upgrading to a paid tier unlocks higher usage limits, advanced AI credits, branded LMS options, more features and expanded support for larger teams and more content. You can create 3 courses for free without giving your credit card details.
Paid Coursebox plans include increased AI usage credits, more generated courses, AI videos, branded courses and certificates, private publishing, SCORM and LTI export, and additional AI tools such as assessment and chatbot support.
Coursebox plans can scale as your training needs grow, allowing you to move from free usage to creator and branded LMS tiers with more AI capabilities and higher content limits.
Yes. Enterprise is our contract channel, built for universities, government and large organisations. It is sold under a signed agreement with a minimum 2-year initial term, and it is the only plan that includes MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, vendor security assessments, single sign-on and a custom hosting location. Every other plan is self-serve: bought online by card under our standard published terms. To explore Enterprise, book a demo or email support@coursebox.ai.
Coursebox allows unlimited learners on all plans, including the free plan, allowing you to train small teams or large organisations without seat-based fees.
Coursebox plans include a set number of AI credits or generated text, images, and videos per month or year, with higher tiers providing larger allowances for heavier usage.
Coursebox can be used by individuals and small teams, as the free and creator plans offer accessible features that allow course creation and basic AI tools without enterprise commitments.
Coursebox pricing generally displays both monthly and yearly options, with the yearly plans discounted compared to month-to-month billing.
Yes, Coursebox allows you to start with the free tier so you can explore the platform and its features before upgrading to a paid plan for higher usage or advanced capabilities.
Coursebox allows you to sell courses and training content, with plans supporting ecommerce and monetisation features including recurring subscriptions.
Coursebox includes add-on and custom pricing options for enterprise needs such as larger AI credit bundles, additional AI Video credits and other custom solutions.
Coursebox pricing is primarily based on feature tiers and usage allowances rather than user count, with unlimited learners supported across all plans.
Yes, on self-serve plans. You can cancel anytime from your account settings in a couple of clicks, with no lock-in contracts. Cancelling stops future billing and your account stays active, so your courses are not deleted. If you want to try Coursebox risk free first, start on the free plan, no credit card required. Enterprise is different: it is sold under a signed agreement with a minimum 2-year initial term.
Yes, as part of Enterprise contracting. Security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments, VAPT results and insurance certificates are provided under a signed Enterprise agreement. Self-serve plans are sold as-is under our standard published terms and come with our published security documentation, so we do not complete bespoke questionnaires, MSAs or custom legal review on those plans. If your organisation requires a signed agreement or procurement support of any kind, that is an Enterprise conversation.
