We have passed 300,000 courses created on the platform and we are just getting started. Our north star is simple: course completions. Real learning, actually happening, at scale.

Right now we are a tight team building something that is already used in 180 countries. Every person we hire has a real impact on the product, the culture, and the direction of the company.
Our team is based across two offices: Perth and Adelaide. We work on a hybrid model, collaborating in the office together three days a week. We believe that high-performance teams are built face to face, and that the best work happens when people are in the room together. If you are looking for a fully remote role, Coursebox is probably not the right fit.

Marketing
Growth and content are high priorities for us right now. We are looking for people who understand digital and performance marketing in a product-led SaaS context, and who are excited to work with AI tools to move faster and reach more of the right people.
Senior Growth & Performance Marketer
Own our paid and organic growth channels. You understand CAC, LTV, and conversion funnels deeply. You run experiments, you measure everything, and you know how to scale what works. Experience with product-led growth and SaaS metrics is a must.

Marketing Content Coordinator
Help us produce and coordinate content across blog, social, email, and partnerships. You are organised, a strong writer, and comfortable working with AI tools to produce content at speed. You will work closely with the growth marketer and leadership team.

Video Producer
Produce and edit video content for marketing, product demos, social media, and our launch campaigns. You are comfortable in front of and behind the camera. Experience with AI video tools is a bonus.

Designer
Create visual assets across our website, social, email, and product marketing. You have a strong eye for brand consistency and can work fast in a startup environment. Figma proficiency required. Motion or video skills are a plus.

Engineering & Product
We are building AI-forward learning tools and we want engineers who are excited about what AI makes possible, not just implementing features. QA and quality matter a lot to us, particularly as AI-generated content becomes a bigger part of what our platform produces.
CTO
Lead the technical direction of Coursebox as we scale. You will manage and grow an engineering team, set architecture standards, and work closely with the founding team to translate product vision into technical reality. You are comfortable with AI infrastructure, modern web stacks, and rapid product iteration.

Senior AI / Backend Developer
Design and build the AI systems that power Coursebox's course creation, tutoring, and content generation features. You have strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building reliable AI pipelines at scale. Azure OpenAI experience is a plus.

Sales
We are targeting large organisations that need scalable workforce training solutions globally. We want sales people who understand enterprise buying cycles, can tap into our strong inbound and product-led growth base, and are comfortable using AI-forward sales techniques to convert and close.
Head of Sales (AU timezone)
Build and lead our sales function from the ground up. You will define our go-to-market motion, hire the initial sales team, and own our revenue targets. You have a track record of building sales functions at fast-growing SaaS companies and understand enterprise procurement in the learning and HR tech space.

Own enterprise deals from discovery to close in the US market. You are comfortable selling to L&D, HR, and operations leaders at large organisations. You understand product-led growth and can convert active free users into paying enterprise customers.
