Keep the LMS you already run.

Coursebox sits on top of your existing platform as an authoring layer, not a replacement for it. Export SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 to match what your LMS expects, or connect over LTI 1.3 so grades and progress pass straight back to your gradebook. Nothing migrates.

  • SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004, chosen at export
  • LTI 1.3 passes grades back to your gradebook
  • Standalone SCORM for locked-down environments
  • Drops into Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard or SuccessFactors

Generate in 100+ languages.

Set the course language before you generate and Coursebox writes it natively in that language, rather than translating an English original. On Pro and above you can also switch on Google Translate so learners read any course in their own language.

  • Pick the course language before you generate
  • Written natively, not translated from English
  • Learners switch language themselves on Pro and above
One course authored and exported in more than 100 languages

Your brand on every export.

Add your logo, set your colours and remove every trace of Coursebox before the package reaches your LMS. Learners see your organisation, not the tool that built the course. White-label branding starts on the Pro plan.

  • Your logo and brand colours across every page
  • Your own domain for the learner portal
  • No Coursebox branding anywhere in the exported package

What teams authoring for another LMS say

Coursebox offers better value and more advanced features than all of the other platforms I explored for creating courses for my business. And I LOVE the fact that it has the ability to export SCORM compliant courses (a HUGE PLUS!).

FAQ

Questions from teams like yours.

Yes, and it is how a lot of teams use it. Coursebox acts as an authoring layer on top of the platform you already run. Build the course here, export it as SCORM or connect over LTI 1.3, then upload it to Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard or your corporate LMS. Nothing has to migrate.

Both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004, chosen at the point of export so you can match whatever your LMS expects. Pro and Business plans also include Standalone SCORM, a self-contained package that runs without a live connection back to Coursebox. That one matters if your LMS environment is locked down.

Yes, and it is the most common way teams start. Upload a PDF, Word file or PowerPoint deck and the AI drafts a structure of sections, pages and quizzes before it writes anything. You set the tone, how often quizzes appear and how interactive it gets. Most teams have a first draft in about 10 minutes.

Yes. LTI 1.3 is the deepest integration available: the course launches inside your LMS and learner grades and progress pass back to its gradebook. SCORM export reports completion and scores too. Which one you pick usually comes down to what your LMS administrator already supports.

Not yet. You can add a SCORM package as a multimedia block inside a course, but importing one as editable Coursebox content is on the roadmap rather than available today. The workaround most teams use is to upload the original source files the package was built from, which the AI converts into a fully editable course.

No. The free plan covers building: three courses, unlimited learners and no credit card. SCORM and LTI export sit on the paid plans, and white-label branding on your exports starts at Pro. You can build a complete course and see exactly what you would be exporting before paying anything.

Yes, though it is not a single click. Duplicate the course and run the AI Writer's Translate action page by page, which keeps your structure, quizzes and assessments intact. On Pro and above you can instead switch on Google Translate so learners read the original in their own language. For a large catalogue, exporting to PDF and regenerating in the target language is often faster.
